Is my item in stock?

I try to update my stock on a daily basis. However this is not always possible and should you place an order for an item which has already been sold I will contact you as soon as possible.

How can I pay?

  • Credit/Debit card - I cannot take card payments via telephone
  • Direct Bank Transfer (UK)
  • Personal Cheque / Postal order (UK)
  • (Please make cheques payable to Mr A Hooke)

How Much is Delivery?

All prices listed include postage and packing to United Kingdom addresses. Please contact me before purchasing for a shipping quote if you are from outside the United Kingdom.

Orders in stock are usually sent within 24 hours of the order (Mon-Fri) using these services:
Hermes. Royal Mail post.
Parcelforce. (for larger items)

Orders in stock are usually sent within 24 hours of the order (Mon-Fri).
Estimated to arrive within 4-10 working days from dispatch.

Orders in stock are usually sent within 24 hours of the order (Mon-Fri).
Estimated to arrive within 5-15 working days from dispatch.

Orders in stock are usually sent within 24 hours of the order (Mon-Fri).
Estimated to arrive within 5-20 working days from dispatch.

International Delivery: Times depend on customs clearance time and overseas delivery service or post office. The above delivery times relate to common destinations and for some individual countries may be longer. Customers ordering from outside the UK are responsible for all Duty and Customs charges due in their home country.


Other Notes.

Cheques are subject to a clearance period, usually of 3-5 working days from the point I receive your payment.
Royal Mail postage does not have a guaranteed delivery time (most items are delivered in 1-3 working days). Royal Mail Special Delivery is available at extra cost upon request and provides a delivery time guarantee. (for UK only).
Customers are asked to ensure someone will be available to take delivery of items at the delivery address given. If this is not possible the Post person will leave a card explaining that they’ve tried to deliver with details allowing you to arrange delivery / collection. If the parcel has not arrived within 7 days, please contact your local delivery office as the parcel may be there.

Can I Pre-Order New Releases?

Yes - simply order in the usual way and your order will be dispatched as soon as the item is available. Please note, when ordering new releases, most items are developed right up until they are released and therefore minor specifications are subject to change.
Release dates are given as a guide because actual release dates do vary, sometimes considerably. On extremely rare occasions new releases have been cancelled.
Unfortunately for many items we do not receive confirmed information about when new items are going to be available until a week before release. Manufacturers do not set fixed dates for release - items are distributed as soon as they arrive from the factory.

Returns Policy.

In the event that faulty or broken goods are received, notification should be emailed to sales@hookedonmodels.co.uk within 24 hours of receipt. Please notify me if the goods are broken or faulty. I will then contact you as soon as possible with instructions on how to return the goods.
Goods returned for any other reason (eg wrong goods ordered or Model not liked by the customer) must be returned in new and unused condition. In order to return goods you must email me within 14 working days from receipt of the goods. Goods returned by this method shall not have their Postage refunded. All Prices include postage & Packing and a refund minus our postage & Packaging costs will be made.
